Sometimes you have those moments when you can't function. You are so burdened with grief and sadness, that simple things like writing in a journal, seem like more effort than you can bear.

This "I Am Not Okay" journal begins with ten multiples of 7 days of lined pages to talk about how you are not okay, followed by an 8th page for what an "okay" day might look like... someday.

The journal ends with several coloring and activity sheets that vary in difficulty and effort required for those days that you just don't have the words.
